Agile Project Management
I met with Megan Torrance at DevLearn 2014 in Las Vegas to discuss Agile project management and her LLAMA system. Megan is the head of Torrance Learning and has been a leading light in promoting new models for learning development. This interview covers the basics of agile development for elearning as well as some of the realities of how it is used in practice.
