Multimedia E-Learning Solution
I designed and created an elearning solution incorporating voice, full screen video and application demonstrations with simulations and integrated testing. This solution was used as the standard for a telecoms software solutions vendor for their learning and marketing knowledge transfer solutions.

Rapid E-Learning
I designed and built a bespoke elearning solution in a 4 week period to support a large US based international TSP to be delivered to 1000 partner engineers. This included hosting, payment processing and creation of 10 hours of educational content.

E-Learning Delivery solution
Designed a professional elearning portal including payment systems and secure education content delivery for the international roll out of sales and technical training for use by several large datacomms manufacturers

Instructor Led Training

Curricula Design
To support BT21CN I designed and created 27 training curricula to support 26,000 delegate days of training over two years.

Education Standards
I created the education standards for the design and production of all EU courseware across all product lines for China's largest telco vendor.

Certification
Designed the datacomms certification for large Chinese vendor for channel partners 

Training lab design
I built and supported two BT21CN training labs with over $30M of equipment. Each lab consisted of appropriate Power, HVAC, fire detection/suppression systems. The solution required multiple racks of equipment capable of being flexibly configured into different training  solutions including the following technologies:

• MSAN
• DSLAM
• Carrier IP
• NGN/Softswitch
